Trixen ships worldwide. International shipping times will vary based on the destination country and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery time for international orders ranges between 7-21 business days depending on the country and chosen shipping option.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays

Trixen is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by external factors such as customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, or issues with the shipping carrier. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@trixen.co for assistance.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@trixen.co with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that Trixen is not responsible for lost packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return Policy

1. No Return Policy

At Trixen, we do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. We recommend checking our size charts, product descriptions, and photos carefully before making a purchase to ensure you are satisfied with your selection.

2. Exchange Policy for Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for an exchange or a voucher equal to the product’s value. To request an exchange, contact us at support@trixen.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the defective product.

3. Non-Defective Items

For non-defective items, Trixen does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. Please ensure that the items you order meet your requirements before completing your purchase.

4. Voucher Terms

Vouchers provided for defective items are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and are redeemable only on the Trixen website. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used in a single transaction.

5. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated improperly or in violation of our policy may result in Trixen contesting the claim. If a valid chargeback request is received, we will address it according to our terms and the applicable consumer protection laws.
